Dr. Jacqueline Gougeon

Dr. Jacqueline Gougeon graduated from McMaster University in 2011 and returned to her home province of Manitoba to complete her residency. Prior to becoming a Family Physician, she trained and worked for several years as a Physiotherapist. She has since established her practice out of ACCESS Saint-Boniface at the Centre de santé, a bilingual interdisciplinary clinic, where she provides low-risk obstetrical and newborn care along with a full family medicine practice. Dr. Gougeon is actively involved in clinical teaching and is the Education Director of the Bilingual Family Medicine Residency program at the University of Manitoba.
Dr. Katherine Kearns

Dr. Kearns completed medical school at the University of Alberta in 2004, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Manitoba in 2006. She is a family physician who does Family Medicine Obstetrics and Newborn care at St. Boniface Hospital. Dr. Kearns also does Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine at the Winnipeg Breastfeeding Centre she co-founded in 2017, and virtual Family Medicine with QDoc. Dr. Kearns is Métis of the Red River Métis Nation, has two children and is bilingual in French and English.

Dr. Ming Munikar graduated from the Max Rady College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba in 2017, and completed the University of Manitoba's Family Medicine Residency Program in 2019. She then went on to do extra training with the University of Manitoba's Enhanced Skills Program for Obstetrics and Women’s Health. She works at Greencrest Clinic where she has a general family practice and prenatal clinic, and provides obstetrical care at St Boniface Hospital. She also provides prenatal care at Access Fort Garry and Access Winnipeg West for the surrounding communities.

Dr. Kelby Cleverley graduated from the University of Manitoba medical school in 2017. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Calgary. She then went on to complete enhanced skills training in obstetrics and women's health through Western University in London, Ontario. She practiced briefly in Ontario before returning back to her home town of Winnipeg. Her medical practice includes family medicine, obstetrics, newborn care, women's health and inpatient family medicine.
Dr. Véronique Demers

Dr. Véronique Demers completed her medical training in 2019 at the University of Ottawa. She then returned to her home town of Winnipeg to complete the Family Medicine - Bilingual Stream residency program in 2021. She quickly fell in love with Obstetrics early on in her training and is so pleased to offer low risk prenatal services in French and English.

Dr. Karen Magsino was born in the Philippines and raised in Winnipeg. She graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Medicine in 2019 and the U of M Family Medicine program in 2021. She subsequently completed the enhanced Skills Program for Obstetrics and Women’s Health in 2022. She provides low-risk obstetrical and newborn care out of St. Boniface hospital and offers medical care in English and Tagalog.

Dr. Ingrid Baragar completed her medical degree at the University of Manitoba in the bilingual French/English stream in 2018. Following this, she undertook residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology from 2018-2020 before transferring her skillset to Family Medicine in 2020-2021. She retains a passion for women’s health and provides low-risk obstetrical services and newborn care at St Boniface hospital. Dr Baragar also has a general medical practice that includes prenatal care and pediatrics at Pure Lifestyle clinic, an interdisciplinary clinic in St James (Winnipeg). She is happy to offer services in English and French.

Dr. Sandra Lee graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Manitoba in 1984 and completed her family medicine residency, with an emphasis on obstetrics, at the St. Boniface Hospital in 1986. She has an established family practice, which includes maternity and pediatric care at 5 St. Anne's Road. She also provides prenatal care at the St. Boniface Hospital, ACF Obstetrics. She is happy to offer medical care in English and Cantonese.
Dr. Diana Houle

Dr. Diana Houle was born and raised in Southern Manitoba. She graduated from the University of Manitoba medical school in 2016 and then completed the University of Manitoba Bilingual Family Medicine residency in 2018. She started in practice in rural Manitoba doing full scope general medicine including prenatal care and low risk obstetrics. She has now shifted to more focussed practices that include prenatal care and low risk obstetrics with the Artemis group and some rural ER work. She is pleased to offer services in both French and English.

Dr. Daniel Shenoda graduated Medical School from University College Cork in Cork, Ireland in 2021. He then completed his Family Medicine Residency at Altru Health Systems in Grand Forks, North Dakota, USA. There is where Daniel fell in love with obstetrics. He now works at GreenCrest Clinic where he has a general family medicine practice and prenatal clinic. He provides obstetrical care at St Boniface Hospital.
